About Wulf
We're building Wulf because specialty retailers deserve better tools.
Why now
Specialty retailers — bike shops, outdoor stores, sporting goods, specialty hard-goods — compete against an internet that doesn't understand their products.
Generic chat tools, recommendation engines, and search platforms were trained on the entire web. They can answer "what is a road bike" but they can't tell you whether the Salsa Warbird fits your fork. They don't know your inventory. They don't speak your brand voice. And every retailer using them sounds identical.
Wulf is the opposite. Trained on your store. Built for your category. Owned by your brand.
From the founder
Most commerce tools are built by people who've never run a specialty brand, store, or ecommerce site. Silicon Valley PE firms designing platforms for users they've only met in research calls. I've spent my career on the operator side of those calls — sitting through the demos, watching generic platforms embarrass good brands by inventing specs and treating every site like a generic Shopify install. Wulf is the platform those operators kept telling me didn't exist. Built by people who know specialty from the inside — what "good" looks like, what shoppers actually ask, and where bolted-on AI breaks. For specialty operators, by specialty operators.

What we believe
Specialty deserves expertise.
Generic tools are a tax on specialty retailers. We're not interested in being one.
AI should know its limits.
We'd rather Wulf say "I don't know" than confidently invent a spec. Trust beats demos.
Simple beats clever.
A tool you deploy in a day and trust by week two beats a tool with twice the features and twice the surface area.
