What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one session of interaction between a shopper and Wulf Chat. We don't count individual messages.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual contracts get a 15% discount and lock in your rate.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What does support include?
All plans include onboarding. Pro and above include priority response (under 4 business hours). Enterprise includes dedicated CSM and SLA.
